Are you an ambitious IT auditor looking for a rare opportunity to play a key role in the development of a brand new IT audit function? Would you like to work in central London in a fun and lively environment in the media/entertainment sector?

This high growth NYSE listed interactive media/entertainment company has enjoyed massive success and it’s products are used by around 345 million people worldwide every month.  The business went public about two years ago with c350 people but they are likely to reach c1500 people by the end of 2014.

The business has a passionate and fun culture of which they are  justifiably proud. It is a” results” rather than “hours” environment but the culture is also relaxed/dress-down in style.

The business has recently established a brand new audit function so this represents an unusual “green-field” opportunity. The Head of Audit has strong media experience and is supported by two new managers – one focussed on business audit and the second on IT audit. They are now looking for a Senior IT Auditor to join this new team. The opportunity will therefore appeal to an experienced IT auditor who is looking for a rare opportunity to be involved at the start with the set up and development of an embryonic audit function in a fast paced and creative/technological sector. The opportunity is based in their central London office and will involve some travel – but not more than c 20% and most of this would be less than a week and only to Europe.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Qualified CISA with a background in accounting firm or the IT audit function of a multinational business
  • Have a minimum of c4 years of IT Audit experience
  • Excited by the opportunity to contribute to the development of an embryonic “greenfield” audit function

On offer is a basic salary of up to £55,000 plus 10% bonus and benefits. Please note that you must be eligible to work within the UK without the requirement for sponsorship to be considered for this opportunity.
